In public procurements, one of the goals is the equality and non-discriminating treatment of companies. On the other hand, in public procurements, a party making the procurement decision has the aspiration to get the best possible supplier both from economical and other views.
We advise our clients making public procurements to act correctly in which case the aims of the law and the acquiring party are fulfilled and the procurement process succeeds. We assist our clients, for example, in preparing invitations to tender and in contract awards.
We also often act as the counsels for the parties making the offer. An offer must be made correctly in order for it to be taken into account.
If a contract award is not desirable from a party’s view, we will evaluate the possibilities to amend it and also assist our clients in the Market Court.
